Made up.
If Russia was advanced enough to hack government software, they are smart enough not to leave a business card.

To me it sounds like Russia is pissed about Trumps showing and feels certain that Hillary will engage if pushed. Whether its Syria, Northern Europe or the North Pole. Russia has been having training in the North Pole because they see that as Russian territory even though its all ice...there's been talk of the northern passage between Europe and China and whoever controls that will wield a lot of power and $$

Russia is slowly building towards a confrontation in Syria...The Philippine president suddenly siding with China and Russia and saying Fuck Obama. essentially Fuck the USA

as far as the hacking and trying to steer our elections Yeah I believe they are capable...

Some of this is gamesmanship as they try to use "fear" to steer our elections... Republican, Libertarian or Democrat...scared we are not. At the end of this farce of an election we are all Americans.
Fuck Russia!

I don't think trade embargoes will stop this.

At least the reasonable people of the middle East will be prepared to change their economy and compete, one their regional oil and trade wealth is demolished...what could go wrong?

Caught this on ABC.com...

"There may also be a more prosaic reason for the war talk -- Russia's military budget is currently up for consideration at a time when the economy is in trouble, weighed down by low oil prices and Western sanctions over the Kremlin's foreign military ventures."
